Reply We came to Hyatt Place Hendersonville (Reversation #884074) to check in at am on Sat June 23rd and they told us they overbook and do not have any room left. When we checked in, they said we had booked two doubles. After returning from dinner, we heard people trying to get into our room.It turned out they had a room key for our room and we had been double booked in the same room.I have checked my Visa bill online and it still hasn’t come through after 3 days.We come through Charlotte every spring, but this has certainly affected my attitude to Hyatt hotels.Headquarters for the company remain in Chicago, Illinois.
