If you can put together 3 or 4 coherent sentences you will be ahead of 90% of the men here.I do, but it's been over 30 days since I sent it, so I can't repost it even if I want to.I have written a few e-mails (not counting forum related mail) to specific women that I think have potential. Each one was after reading the profile a few times, and each was written uniquely and in some length.
OP: I am at the point where I don't think it even matters.Remember that we are the largest free online dating service, so you will never have to pay a dime to meet your soulmate. I can practically hear the wind and see the tumbleweeds blowing through!I won't share personal communication with you, but I will tell you this: The best ones I've gotten are ones that have commented about SPECIFIC things in my profile..not in the first two sentences of it...pretty far down.I know they had to have read the whole thing... But, if you do get any responses, you really should have asked the moreimportant question.I had one response, no 'No thanks' replies in all the other cases. Not even from one who had me on her 'Favorites' list.It is a privilege to have found you here :)Have a great day.-d Well I can tell you the example of the exact opposite of a good email...They copy and paste their entire profile (or something close) and want a reply. Then a short time later they will send almost the exact same thing again.Believe it or not I have had this happen up to 3 or 4 times, same guy same thing written, with a few month time span inbetween. I CAN read and retain some basic information for like 2 minutes!Of course great to one person could be horrible to another.*shrugs* Only advice I can give is to be yourself, act as if you are approaching a new friend who you are interested in getting to know better.
